ACADEMY OF SELF DEFENCE & MARTIAL ARTS RESEARCH INDIA(ASDMARI) is a martial arts organization which is established in Hooghly , West Bengal , India under guidance Shihan Swaprakash Roy in June 2014.The organization is referred to ASDMARI. ASDMARI teaches the Arts of unarmed combat in which the hands and legs are systemically trained to defend and counter-attack any would be assailant(s).Beside Karate(Traditional/Sports) ASDMARI also teaches Kick Boxing,Ju-jitsu,Tae Kwon Do,Aikido,Yoga,Krav Maga and the use for Oriental Weapons to its members. In our Academy we teach great Self Discipline,Self Motivation and Self Confidence.
